What is the difference between Alpha-DPS and Alpha-ROM?
Alpha-ROM protects discs from copying and prevents running the program
without original CD, however contents data such as document and image file
is open to copy. Alpha-DPS based on Alpha-ROM technology provides higher
level of protection protecting such data.

Does Alpha-DPS block screen capturing using capture tools?
Alpha-DPS not only blocks screen capturing but also controls saving functions
in various capture tools and other programs. This function can be applied
by client's request.

  Does Alpha-DPS support DVD media?
Alpha-DPS can protect contents in CD, DVD-5, and DVD-9 (Dual Layer) formats.

Can Alpha-DPS protect Mac and Unix applications?
Currently Alpha-DPS supports Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME,
Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server only.

Does Alpha-DPS need to install additional files to hard disk?
Although Alpha-DPS needs additional files to original files, it only reads them
from CD and does not install any file or modify any system file.

How much storage space does Alpha-DPS occupy?
Alpha-DPS occupies less than 10 MB.

I cannot open Alpha-DPS applied data.
If you cannot open the contents, even if with original Alpha-DPS applied disc
in the drive, you need to check if DPS Agent is running. DPS Agent decrypts
encrypted contents to open, and it has to be running as tray icon in the bottom
of window to open protected data.

I cannot save after I make modify data from original Alpha-DPS disc.
It may be set up not to allow save function. Alpha-DPS provides various control
options for save, print, etc.

I inserted original Alpha-DPS applied disc, however, "Please insert
original disc!" message shows up.
Please check if you are using original disc. Copied disc or file does not run
normally. If you are using original disc, please upgrade your ODD
firmware to the latest version.
