  What is Alpha-AUDIO Player?
  Alpha-AUDIO Player is a Settec’s proprietary program that plays Settec’s copy
protected Alpha-AUDIO CD and enables a user to enjoy various contents such as
music video, etc.
   
  How can I download music to my computer?
  Install Alpha-AUDIO Player by clicking on the “download” button the left bottom
corner of Alpha-AUDIO Player. (If not installed previously) Then configure DRM,
bitrate and download location for the songs to be downloaded after clicking the
‘setting” button. When done, select songs and click the “download” button,
songs will be downloaded to the designated location.

  How do I make back up copies?
  You can make back up copies by clicking on the “BurnCD” icon on the left
bottom of Alpha-AUDIO Player. This function is optional and may not be provided
depending on the title. It enables to make back up copies or create a compilation
CD with downloaded music files.
  CD to CD : Creates a backup copy of original CD.
  Compilation CD : Creates a compilation CD of downloaded music files.

  Is WM-DRM supported?
  Yes, it is supported.
A user can download WM-DRM applied music source via Alpha-AUDIO Player
download function.
   
  Is Sony OpenMG DRM supported?
  Yes, it is supported.
A user can download WM-DRM applied music source via Alpha-AUDIO Player
download function.
   
  Is any other DRM supported?
  Alpha-DRM(i-Tunes) is supported.
※ To use Alpha-DRM, i-Helper has to be installed.
   
 
  I tried to burn a CD with downloaded music source. However,
  I received a message that the counts are exceeded.
  Although counts differ depending on each Audio CD, there is a counts limit for
each Alpha-AUDIO. To view the information on counts, right-click on the
corresponding track and select "Properties."
※ The download and BurnCD counts limit are determined by the record label.
   
  What should I do if Alpha Player does not automatically start when
  I place the CD in my computer?
  If not auto-run, please double-click on AlphaAudioPlayer.exe in the
corresponding drive of Windows Explorer and Alpha-AUDIO Player will start.
   
  What should I do if WM-DRM file is not dowloaded?
  Please check if WM-DRM is properly selected. If a WM-DRM file is not
downloaded without any message, please update Windows Media Player
to the newest version and re-run.
   
  What should I do if Sony OpenMG file is not downloaded?
  The download folder for Sony OpenMG file may not support special characters.
Please check if it does contain special characters.
   
  Alpha-DRM downloaded file is not loaded in iTunes properly.
  To play Alpha-DRM downloaded file in iTunes, i-Helper needs to be running
and it is designed to be installed when Alpha-DRM download is selected.
If loading to iTunes does not work, please update by clicking on the tray icon
and try again.
   
  Alpha-AUDIO Disc is not recognized by a PC.
  Most of recognization case is due to old ODD or a dust in the lense. Plesae
clean the lense with a lesne clearner and try again. If the problem persists,
please update the firmware to the newest version provided by the ODD manufaturer.
※ Firmware is a program taht controls the ODD function. When a problem occurs,
update version is provided via a website.
